One Of The Most Under-Utilised Things For Most Marketers

Not that they’ll tell you that. But probably true.

Far too many people don’t split test. Or if they do, they probably do it one time and then that’s it. But it’s one of the most valuable things you can actually do, right?

If you are sending traffic to a page and you are not split testing to optimise it continually for maximum conversions, you’re crazy!

So, as I said in the intro, I just had a Vox this morning from somebody, and they were actually in the USA, so obviously American accent. And they basically said to me like,

“Oh My Gosh, Your Accent Is Insane…”

“Our members would go nuts for your accent.” Something like that.

But anyway, basically talking about accents. And I’m like, “Well, I don’t have an accent. YOU have an accent.”

And it just reminded me, and I’m like, “Oh, that split test we did, and how much it beat it.”

So obviously I’m from the UK, alright? I am English. This is my accent – I have an English or British accent. But there was a split test that we did and I thought…

I see a lot of people, both Certified Partners, and clients, and customers… a lot of people are struggling to drive traffic right now. The thing is…

Nobody Should Ever, EVER Have A Website Traffic Problem!

Because there is so much traffic available… (Click here for my FREE traffic training video…) Let me say that again, “You should never have a web traffic problem!”

Now the reason is… look all the platforms where there are infinite, practically infinite amounts of website traffic available:

Facebook…
Google…
GDN…
YouTube…
Instagram…
Twitter…
Native ads…
Email buys, banner ads, media buys, and the list could go on and on and on.

The problem isn’t getting website traffic. The problem is converting the traffic. And this is what I want to talk about. I don’t want to talk about the conversions of a sales page, the conversions of an offer… I want to talk about…

Where The REAL Money Is Found In Your Business

And that is in the follow up with your audiences, eg. the follow up with your email list. This is one that we could definitely focus in on here.

You see we’ve got, for example, Certified Partners and clients here at Internet Profits, where they are driving web traffic, they’re building their email list, and they’re not following up consistently and communicating effectively with that audience in order to convert them.

I stress again, like I just said, you will not have a website traffic problem. You will most likely always have a conversion problem. And the main point where you can affect that, is in the follow up with your audiences.

As I just said in the introduction, I read something on social media this morning.

Well, I read a few things – and alarm bells started ringing, and I thought I have GOT to speak about this to you today.

I’ve got to share this, because…

This Could Be Causing So Much Harm To So Many People

…and it’s scary! Let me explain…

So I saw in one of the groups that I belong to this morning, somebody asking a question something along the lines of, “What will work best for website conversion optimization? This, or this?”

Then you had all these people chiming in saying, “Oh, that way would work best. There’s no way the other way is correct, there’s no way that would work.”

And then you had other people saying, “No I’m not sure. I think the other way would work best for website conversion optimization.”

It was very apparent to me, as a bystander, looking in from the outside, that a lot of the opinions being given were from people that were just guessing what they think would work best.

Then something else that I saw, which was based on someone else’s testing (which is great right?) Someone else had done some testing on a certain thing for website conversion optimization.

It was actually on something that they’d added to their website that they thought would increase website conversions. And they were saying…

“I Thought This Would Increase Conversions, But It Didn’t”

So you’ve then got everyone else there commenting, saying, “Oh thanks so much for sharing this, you saved me wasting my time, so I won’t do this.”

And I thought, hang on a minute… This is dangerous! This is scary!

Right, I’ve got one more example, and then I’m going to tell you why this is so scary to me, and dangerous to your business…

The New Best Way To Get Website Traffic Profitably Today

Today we’re talking the best way to get website traffic – seen by many as the holy grail in online marketing.

I used to think myself, “If only I could get more traffic, then I’d be rich! If only I could get more traffic, then I wouldn’t be struggling anymore.”

And that statement is really only true when you have the correct things in place, okay?

So obviously you have to have something to turn that traffic into sales – meaning you need a sales process, you need a sales funnel, you need offers that are optimised to convert.

With the rising cost of traffic, having just one offer – unless it’s a high ticket premium priced offer – having just one offer nowadays is not going to cut it in most markets, or at least in many markets.
